How domestic US policy on sexuality (anti-sexWork, abstinence only, anti-abortion and homo, bi-and transphobia) is exported to every region of the world , and how it supports and increases the human rights violations targetting sex workers of all genders, as well as destroys important HIV/AIDS prevention projects.

Criminalization and so-called trafficking laws makes any problematic situation worse, and does not help any of the affected persons.
